These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlayCity Games mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by PlayCity Games ("we," "us," or "our").

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of our mobile application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

User Accounts

In-App Purchases

Our Service may include the ability to purchase virtual items, currency, or other digital content ("In-App Purchases"). By making an In-App Purchase, you agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase.

All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy. Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

Prices for In-App Purchases may vary by location and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

The materials on our Service are provided on an 'as is' basis. Further, PlayCity Games does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Service or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this Service.

Limitations

In no event shall PlayCity Games or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our Service, even if PlayCity Games or a PlayCity Games authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
